On the first day of Christmas . . .

I found wonderland. Bergdorf Goodman has managed to transport me into a world of makebelive and surrealist fantasy. Their 2011 Christmas windows was themed around a 'Carnival of the Animals' and took two weeks to install this elaborate work of art. Think that was timely? Well it took David Hoey and his visual team two thirds of the year to create this visual feast for the festive season. I specifically like how each window suggests a different story, enticing the interest of people passing by.
